Step 1 - Measure under the bust
Add 5" to determine bra size
e.g= 29" + 5=34
Hint: After 33" only add 3"(breast tissue is softer)
Step 2 - Measure above the bust
Should Verify the band size. E.g: 34" = size 34
Step 3 - Measure over the fullest part of the bust
1" more than bra size = A Cup
2" more than bra size = B Cup
3" more than bra size = C Cup
4" more than Bra size = D Cup
5" more than bra size = DD Cup

I wanted to love this bra but it's not comfortable. It does not offer the amount of support I need. I am a 34ddd and I ordered 32f. I probably should have ordered a 32g for a little more coverage. Regardless... I think a 32g probably wouldn't solve the problem. The main issue for me was support. The bra offers very little support. I would not purchase this again. I'm still in search of the perfect strapless for a woman like me with with a big bust.

I didnt really like the bra, it was way too small. I am normally 32g, but the band and the cup size were way too small. It cut into my breasts and gave me quad b00b.

Great lift, even for larger breasts (I'm a 34G), and it gives pretty good shape. However, padding rippled a bit after 2nd wash. Also, only came with plastic clear straps, which cut into my skin. Much more comfortable with regular straps.
