Bought this to workout at the gym--and it works great. No bouncing around. The straps stay put and don't weigh down my shoulders or cut into them at all.
The only downfall is that the neckline comes up higher than a lot of my shirts so I can't wear it as a daily bra, but I honestly wouldn't wear it for daily use anyways.

I initially purchase this product because I'm trying to lose weight and has been putting it off for years my main excuse was I didn't have a good supporting sports bra and they didn't make them in my size which was true until I discovered this bra.
