Return Policy for Big Girls Bras, Swimsuits and Lingerie

Your customer experience is our top priority. We want you to feel beautiful no matter what the purchase. From the moment we receive your order to the moment we ship it, we promise to care for your items and get them to you as soon as we can. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the items, we encourage you to use the Exchange Form found in your package and send them back for an exchange, store credit or a refund. Please indicate on the Exchange Form if you want an exchange, refund, or credit. If no indication is made, you will receive store credit. When your return is received by us, we will send an email to the address where the order confirmation was sent.

Refunds

*Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process your refund, and credit your charge card. The credit will be issued to your original method of payment, less the shipping & handling charges. For credits issued to credit cards, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear. 

If we make a mistake, we will make it right. In the rare event that we send you the wrong product or defective merchandise, please contact customer service at 800-352-4494 immediately. We will exchange your product or refund the purchase price. In these circumstances we will refund the shipping costs.

Return Criteria:

  • Returns must be received within 60 days of the invoice (shipping) date. Transit times will vary based on your location, so please allow at least 10 days for the item to reach us.
  • Returns must be in new condition: unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume. Please avoid wearing scented perfumes or deodorants when trying on products as these scents may make the products non-returnable. We also recommend trying on your new panties over your clean underwear. And take care that your makeup does not leave any marks on the products.
  • We are not able to accept returns that are damaged in the washer or dryer, or show signs of wear.
  • If you are returning swimwear, the protective liner in the crotch must be in place. We cannot accept swimwear returns or exchanges without it.
  • Returns must be in the original packaging, and with all labels and tags attached. We cannot accept returns if the tags are removed.
  • We cannot accept returns that are damaged by the carrier because of improper packaging. If your order comes in a box to protect it during shipping, use the same box or something comparable to send it back to us. To be on the safe side, we highly recommend insuring your shipment. You are responsible for the return postage. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • In the event that you need to return merchandise, please check the invoice included with your order. The return address will be printed on the invoice. In some cases, we use specific vendors to ship your items. To ensure your return is processed quickly, it is important that the item you wish to return is returned to the appropriate return address.

Important: If you are keeping the item, please read and follow the cleaning instructions on the garment's tag. Once the tag is removed or an item is washed, you may not return it. If you alter the garment in any way, you may not return it. Improper washing and or drying (for example machine washing garments that should be hand washed only) may seriously damage your new clothing.
