    Definitely follow the size chart on this one, I got the medium and I wear a size 6 or 8 occasionally and it fit perfectly. It looks a little big when you take it out but the top folds over and looks nice and isn't too tight anywhere. It is not full coverage on your booty but not too little either, there is not adjusting necessary while wearing it.
