It's not very good for hot tubs. The color gets a little lighter with each use in the hot tub. It snags easily on rough surfaces. I hiked up a mountain to get to a waterfall for a dip and it got snagged on a rock in the waterfall. But overall, the best swimsuit I've ever own. I love the color and the style and I always get compliments everywhere I go. It's easy to wear under clothes too.
