      I am 4 mos pregnant with #2 and I am a 36H (34DD three years ago before I ever got pregnant!)
      I got a 1X and it fits fine. I wish they could explain the S, M, L, etc in terms of cup size, so I wanted to review so women had SOME basis to make their size decision. So, at a 36G/H (depends on my milk and the bra), I'd say a 1X is good, maybe an XL. My breats fit in the cups, but fall out a bit if I'm on my side--but anything smaller and my breats wouldn't really fit in. So--good luck! Great for sleep--I also plan to labor in this bra.

        This feels like a t-shirt. I was in my first trimester of pregnancy when I brought this bra and it is the most comfortable bra I have! I wish I can wear it all the time. I only wear it at night because it does not provide much support, but very comfortable around the house. I wish they had it in cup size instead of a general size, you can get a better idea of which size is best for you.
