Secure Transactions
The BGB Safe Shopping Policy and procedures protect you while you shop at biggerbras.com, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety.
BGB uses the secure server software (SSL) of Plug 'n Pay Technologies, Inc. and a TrustWave Extended Validation digital certificate for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The secure pages are the checkout pages and are indicated by the closed-lock icon displayed on your Browser (for Internet Explorer and other browsers supporting Extended Validation, your address bar should turn green on the secure pages of checkout).
When you click the Checkout button on your shopping cart page, you are sent to the secure payment server for the Plug-n-Pay credit card gateway. All secure transactions are handled on the Plug-n-Pay secure web pages and the Plug-n-Pay secure web servers. Your credit card information is encrypted by the Plug-n-Pay secured server and is used only for processing your order.
Note: Only the checkout page (which collects and transmits your personal information to the credit card payment center) requires the use of SSL technology. The cart page does not collect or transmit personal data (name, address, and credit card) and therefore does not require SSL. Our site is scanned daily by a third party (ScanAlert) to ensure security standards compliance that is required by the credit card companies.
Details- Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, BGB will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. BGB will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at biggerbras.com while using the secure server.
- In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
