I am a 60+ grandma who plays soccer, runs and participates in Zumba. Gravity has been unkind to the "girls" over the years and they require a lot of support. This bra has done it's job for over three years and is still in excellent shape.
This bra felt very supportive, however I ended up returning it because I didn't want to have to ask for help every time I needed to take it off. The support wasn't worth the frustration.
Really strong bra that provides good support for us girls with big busts. The only thing is, like other reviews say, it's a little hard to put on but I assume that it will get easier as you wear it, other than that.. great purchase!
I wear it everyday under all my garments. It is the first bra that gives me the support I need and still is comfortable. I always had to hitch up my bra in back, as my breasts would pull it out of line. This is no longer necessary with this sports bra.
