When Measuring your:

Bust - Measure directly over the bust point.
Waist - Measure directly on the natural waist at the narrowest point.
Hip - Low hip measurement at the fullest point.

Small Bust (Straight Body Type): Gathers, twist or shirring enhance a small bust creating fullness. Empire seam styles also add fullness.

Full Bust (Needing Support): Dark colors and good underarm side coverage flatter. The best styles are underwire styles. High neck and square neck styles help minimize a large bust.

Midsection (apple body type): Dark colors, control swimsuits, shirred front one piece styles, high waist bottoms and diagonal wrap suits help minimize.

Full Hip and Thighs (Pear or hourglass body type): Take the attention off these areas with skirted bottoms, high waist bottoms, dark colors and shirred front suits. Balance the upper and lower halves of your body with print on top and solid on bottom.
