Padded Cup Bras
A padded cup bra is a bra that contains padding inside the cups to make the bras more comfortable and add fullness to the bust line. Most push up bras have padded cups, but not all padded cup bras are push up bras. The padding in the cups are sometimes actually removable inserts. Other padded cup bras have built in, graduated padding which tends to be thicker at the base of the cup and can give a more natural, rounded look.
The padding in these bras are usually fiberfill, foam, cotton or polyester, but can be a variety of other materials. Some women find padded cups much more comfortable than non padded options, and this can be especially true for women with sensitive breast tissue. Styles and cuts will vary, from lower cut styles like the Grenier Padded Soft Cup Bra 8230, or more contemporary styles like the Freya Padded Cup Bra AA3111.
You'll find lesser and medium coverage, but because padded cup bras emphasize your bust line and create cleavage, padded cup bras are not typically designed in full coverage styles. You can view all of Bigger Bras padded cup bras in our online bras catalog.
